Rome, November 10th 2025 – ItaliaFintech has submitted to the Joint Budget Committees of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate its Memorandum on the 2026 Budget Bill. The document highlights key priorities to support the growth of the fintech sector and Italian SMEs:

  • Investments: support for the higher depreciation allowance on capital goods, with the inclusion of advanced software and digital solutions.
  • SME Guarantee Fund: strengthening the Fund’s role, with greater focus on micro and small enterprises and the extension to supply chain finance instruments.

ItaliaFintech reaffirms the need for a national strategy that recognizes fintech as a driver of growth and innovation for the country.
